Let Your Life Be A Living Testimony

Bonjour lovelies!

This morning I woke up with a song of praise in my heart…
I’d never heard this song before but I’m the dream I had last night I was so full of joy and singing it like there was no tomorrow!
The lyrics are:

🎵🎵 He shut the mouth of the lions…

He gave me my husband…

Our God is great…

Our God is great…

He’s been – so great to me!

He conquered the grave of depression…

And He gave me my baby…

Our God is great…

Our God is great…

He’s been – so great to me!
He’s down in my heart…..

(He’s down in my heart)

And He’s down in my soul…..

(He’s down in my soul)

My God is with me….

My God is with me

(And I know that)

He’s in control !!!!

He’s down in my heart…..

(He’s down in my heart)

And He’s down in my soul…..

(He’s down in my soul)

My God is with me….

My God is with me

(And I know that)

He’s in control !!!! 🎵🎵

I look back at that song and think … ok… my greatest testimonies are the fact that God gave me a husband and a child…

Now to some people- that seems standard. It’s not a big deal to get married and lots of people have children right????

WRONG!!!

Yes! Lots of people do get married but what kind of marriages are they? Are they  the type that have lasted decades and look great on the outside yet on the inside, they hate each other? Or are they the type that work for the sake of convenience or because it’s functional and makes sense? Wouldn’t you rather want to have a marriage where husband and wife are both completely sold out for each other? Just as Christ is wholly sold out for the church? That sacrificial, pure, beautiful and deep down loving kind of marriage?

And yes it’s easy for many people to have children but for A LOT of people… it REALLY isn’t! I’ve been one of them and I know how God has moved mightily for me and showed Himself as Lord of Lords and King of Kings in my life – to give me a gift that is so precious it outweighs any sense of material desire thus world could offer.

I acknowledge and delight in the fact that I am married to the person who Jesus sent an angel to specifically tell me  is the one. And I acknowledge and delight in the fact that my pregnancy was announced to me by God’s angel and His divine orchestration.

God has shown me a new dimension of what it means to love Him through giving me a special love for my husband and children. (Yes children because more are still coming AMEN)

Different people have their own personal encounters of God throughout lives. He knows what’s sensitive and specific to our souls and our hearts and thus when it’s time for Him to reveal Himself to us – He does it via an avenue that can only be specific to us.

So my husband and my children are my testimonies. My ministry is to encourage the world that God still cares about Marriage and about forming and building Godly homes with Godly children for the glory of His Kingdom.
So whatever it is you are passionate about… will you allow God to make your life a living testimony too?

Faith, Hope & Love,
Mrs B 💕

I love how you love and carry God in everything you are and that you do, and I’d really like to know you personally. Is there a way I can reach you if you don’t mind?
